Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Digital & Custom PDF Readings

Once a purchase is completed and work on the reading has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.

This includes preparation, energetic analysis, drafting, or any form of work related to your reading.

No refunds are issued after the reading has been delivered, regardless of whether it has been opened or read.
If you request a refund before any work has started, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is considered confirmed and in progress.
Past Life Readings
Past Life Readings require preparation prior to delivery.

Cancellations or refund requests are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled reading time.

Requests made within 48 hours of the reading are non-refundable, as preparation and energetic work have already begun.

No refunds are issued after the reading has taken place or once it has been delivered, in any format.
No Returns or Exchanges

All services provided by Language of You are non-returnable.

Exchanges are not offered.

Refunds are not provided due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or personal interpretation of the reading.
