I spent more than a decade working with communication — words, meaning, creativity, and symbolism. I’ve always been fascinated by how much is said between the lines, and how often the real message lives in what isn’t spoken.
At the same time, I’ve always been highly sensitive and intuitive. Curious about what exists beyond the obvious. I was drawn early on to things like past lives, near-death experiences, hypnosis, family constellations, meditation, and altered states of consciousness.
My early thirties brought a period of depression and deep inner work. Healing my own wounds wasn’t just about getting better, it became a way of understanding how change really happens. Wanting to support others grew naturally from there.
Today, I combine that personal journey with professional training as a trained ICF Coach and certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner, working with both the conscious and subconscious levels to help people understand and transform the beliefs shaping their lives.
I don’t “give answers from above.” I’m not here to tell you who you are. I listen. I read patterns. I ask the questions that cut through noise. And I translate what your system is already trying to show you. I combine structure and intuition. Insight and integration. Depth and direction. You stay in authority. I help you see what’s been running underneath.
I access deeper states where patterns become visible, sometimes linked to past lives, sometimes to old energetic contracts still active today. The story itself is never the point. What it unlocks is.
As an ICF-trained coach with an Internal Family Systems foundation, I work with you as a system made of intelligent parts, not something that needs fixing. Here insights become integration.
I use it as a language for patterns and energy, not labels. I look at how your elements flow, where they overcompensate, and where something essential might be missing. The goal is balance.
I use chakra system as a practical map of energy. Where are you overusing force or holding fear? Where is something blocked, leaking, or asking for attention?
Symbols are another language I listen to. Recurring dreams, animal imagery, repeating themes — they carry information the rational mind tends to skip.
I use numerology as a timing and pattern tool. It helps contextualise cycles, transitions, and recurring themes in your life. It is great for orientation.
I live close to forests, sea and silence which helps, because I work in depth all day. I’m a mom. Also very much a cat mom. Animals ground me faster than any meditation.
I’ve always enjoyed languages, and I speak Polish, English, and Italian fluently, some Spanish, some Swedish (enough to survive, not enough to argue). Sometimes I think that openness to different tongues naturally led me to the idea of The Language of You. In the end, decoding people isn’t that far from decoding a language.
My creativity leaks into everything: painting, drawing, sometimes ukulele. I even used to dance on a semi professional level but it feels like a lifetime away. If you scroll far enough on Google, you’ll find my competition photos. I look at them and think: ah yes, the era of fearless spins and zero knee awareness. What still gets me every time? That quiet moment when someone says, “Oh. That makes sense now.” That never gets old.
